Duke Nukem Forever to be released in 2011

It is a good news for game lovers. The game ” Duke Nukem forever” is ready to be launched. According to Wall Street Journal, The game is in closing stages to be released and it will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC even in 2011.

Gearbox, the developer responsible for the title “Borderlands”, along with producer 2K Games announced in August that they are closing in completing the games that has be in production for 14 years by 3D Realms.

The title will be showcased in the PAX 2010 between September 3 and September 5. All visitors then taste the first hand experience of the game.

The game was first announced in 1997 as a continuation of the successful game “Duke Nukem 3D”. Since then, its release was delayed year after year until in 2009 the 3D Realms canceled the game and closed its doors.
