Space Shuttle Discovery lands safely at Kennedy Space Center in Florida‎

Space shuttle returned home after repeated delays since Monday due to the bad weather. The shuttle glided out of orbit and back to the earth, the process took an hour that marked the end of the 15 day mission to resupply international station.

The shuttle and its seven crew member spent ten days on the Space Station, a project of 16 countries and 100 billion dollars in construction since 1998.

Earlier, rain and fog made the fear of flight director to skip the first landing attempt in the morning. The rain also ruined the chances of landing on Monday.
