Apple formally asks Gizmodo for iPhone 4G prototype return
According to the multiple news sources, Apple formally asked for the return of iPhone 4G prototype through an email of Bruce Sewell, the company’s general counsel. The editorial director of Gizmodo, Brian Lam, said on his blog that he felt honored to know that the product is not fake and he was happy to return it to the rightful owner.
The site, however, did not miss the chance to give a preview on the next version of iPhone. According to reports, the prototype had the space of 80 GB and a front camera.
According to the news sources, Gray Powell, Apple software engineer, had left the prototype of supposed iPhone 4G on the floor of a bar in San Francisco this week after he celebrated his Birth Day. The device was then purchased by Gizmodo for $5,000 from the person who found it.
Ha $5000… I would have never sold the phone at any price!!!!
