Definitely there should be louder statements that should express their feelings. We were not born with facebook and we did just fine…. there are other sites like friendster, my space… or just settle for Email and Chat!

I LOVE Facebook, but the simple fact is that if you don’t want to take a chance on information spreading from Facebook, don’t put it on Facebook! :O) I hate to seem glib about it, but there you go!

I was one of those proud 30k who quit, and I did. I was on FB from 2005 to 2010. I have to say… being a student it was a fun way to link up for parties keep up with your old HS friends, but now at the age of 24 and working for a large corporation… I see no real point to maintaining such a page because I need to focus my career. Linkedin here i come!

I quit facebook months ago. I quit facebook because facebook is essentially putting your life on 24/7 access to the world via profile. I don’t find that quite appropriate, and I slightly fear for the dotes who do and live accordingly. I hope that people will catch onto the faddish nature of this and let it die out, myspace, facebook, and a handfull of other same profile self representation based sites.

What’s wrong with privacy!? Facebook execs are not running around with their private parts wide open, so why should us? There are still people around who minds about their privates so note to FB exec: one of us must leave the other alone!
