Verizon iPhone 4: Qualcomm changes Job title of iPhone position
Qualcomm has changed the job title of position which triggered the rumors about the possible launch of Verizon iPhone. The CDMA chipset maker changed the Job title from “iPhone Developer Guru” to “iPhone Software Application Developer”. The company has also provided more information about the project on which the successfully candidate will work so that it could not be confused with IOS customization of Verizon iPhone 4. “The person we are looking to hire would join the Neer project, one of the four QSL projects that were recently launched”, the job ad says.
The new advertisement, which doesn’t say that the project is the “most challenging product of your life”, gives more information about the Neer project that “Neer is a geofence, location-based service.” It further says that “these applications and services coming out of QSL are currently or will soon be available on several different mobile platforms.”
Like previous ad, the company has not mentioned iPhone CDMA or Verizon iPhone in the job description text. The skill requirement also remains same which includes Objective C, Xcode, C, J2EE, JSON and technologies.
