New Google Chrome 6: What is new in the browser
Google has released the new and stable Chrome 6 on the 2nd birthday of its browser. The Mountain View based search giant entered into the browser market 2 years ago. So far, Google has release six major versions of its browser.
Google Chrome 6 comes with many UI improvements over its previous version. Google has merged the Stop and Reload buttons in to one button. If website is loading, the UI will show the stop button but once the browser finishes loading the page, it starts to show the refresh button. This is not the only button Google has removed in Chrome 6 browser. The “Go” button has also been taken out of the UI with no replacement. Users will have to hit the “Enter” key of keyboard instead of hitting the “Go” button. Google has also moved the Bookmark button from left side to right side of URL text box.
In addition to changes with buttons, Google has also made changes in the Menu, Pin Tab and Others in the new Google Chrome 6.
