Pennsylvania Primary Election 2010: Is it a bad day for Congress?
Today’s elections will measure the “anger” or “discontent” of voters against the policies of Washington in today’s primaries in the States of Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Arkansas and Oregon.
Most of attention is focused on the primary in Pennsylvania where incumbent Sen. Arlen Specter who is fighting for its senate seat against new comer Rep Joe Sestak.
According to Poll, Election is very closed as of the last day of the campaign. If Specter wins the election, he will again defend his re-election to the Republican candidate in legislative elections in November.
Arkansas primary between incumbent Democratic Senator Blanche Lambert Lincoln and Lt. Gov. Bill Halter is also biggest election to watch tomorrow.
Among Republicans of Kentucky, the conservative movement of Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin are supporting the Rand Paul, son of Ron Paul, and Sen. Mitch McConnell, Minority Senate leader, is supporting the establishment’s candidate Secretary of State, Trey Grayson minority leader for Kentucky Primary.
However, in Oregon Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden easily could win the primary.
