With the release of his party’s election manifesto, the British Prime Minister Gordon Brown pledged on Monday to avoid the increase in income tax, reforms in public services and force foreign workers to speak English.
Labor Party’s election manifesto which Brown presented in the presence of his ministers is aimed to renew public support in the elections planned for next May 6.
While conservatives are still leading, Brown has acknowledged that his party faces a major challenge. "The future will be Progressive or Conservative, but it will not be both". With these words Brown has insisted that Labor remain tireless reformers, 13 years after the arrival of Labor to power.
